              The Pain Buffet Event

              BAKERY DIPLOMA - 2015 Autumn -



              Every three months, students from the Bakery Diploma program demonstrate their skills and creativity by baking various breads and Danish, throughout the creation of the "pain buffet". Upon a defined thematic, students plan their creations, the room layout and setting, to welcome visitors interested in Le Cordon Bleu Bakery Programs and Diplome, Students, alumni, with a buffet that satisfy all senses!

              This is one special occasion to meet and talk with the Master Chefs, the students, alumni, interpreters, school teams about the Bakery Diploma, ask questions about the bakery lessons, and to learn more the diploma offered in Japanese, Chinese and English at Le Cordon Bleu Tokyo School.

              Le Cordon Bleu Tokyo School Master Chefs and the whole school team are looking forward to welcoming you for a very pleasant occasion to experience Le Cordon Bleu!

              * Number of registration limited to

              December 11th 6:30pm - 7:30pm for Japanese class : 30 guests
              December 16th 6:30pm - 7:30pm for Chinese class : 30 guests


              with interest to the Bakery courses. Students of the Classic Cycle diploma and Certificate programs are invited to participate at the event without prior registration.

              * Date: December 11th for Japanese class,  December 16th for Chinese class 2015, from 6:30 pm. The event closes at 7:30 pm. We recommend you to arrive 15 min prior to the event to enjoy the buffet at its fullest before the opening of the tasting.

              * Venue: Le Cordon Bleu Tokyo School – Please introduce yourself at the reception desk upon your arrival To Access

              * This event is Free.

              *You will have the opportunity to fill-in a questionnaire upon participation to the event.
              *Pictures of the event, including attending guests, may be used for publication on Le Cordon Bleu Internet page or Le Cordon Bleu official Social Medias. We thank you for your understanding.
              *Registration and participation to Pain Buffet event is limited to 1 time.
              *Taking bread back home is not authorized.
              *Registered guest who did not come during a previous event, without any prior cancellation notice to Le Cordon Bleu staff, may be denied entry.
