Chef Yotam Ottolenghi at Good Food Month

Famous British based Israeli Chef Yotam Ottolenghi, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu London, will be one of the many famous chefs to come to Sydney for the upcoming Good Food Month External Website in October.

Ottolenghi, in partnership with Surry Hills restaurant, Nomad will be creating a Mediterranean/ Middle-Eastern feast along with Nomad Chef Nathan Sasi, Kepos Street Kitchen’s Michael Rantassi, Somer Sivrioglu of Efendy and Sefa Kitchen’s Simon Zalloua, while Christine Manfield will be looking after dessert.

Together with Ottolenghi, David Thompson will also be returning to Sydney to bring his modern take on Thai cuisine to iconic Sydney restaurant, Quay. Thompson will also be joined by Dan Hong, Luke Nguyen, Chui Lee Luk and the talents behind Sokyo, Golden Century, Cho Cho San and Melbourne’s Kong and Chin Chin to create a one-day Asian street-food marketplace at The Star’s Sky Terrace, where each chef will demonstrate Asian street food dishes that inspire them.
