Peruvian Ambassador presents Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa with Peruvian Cookbook

Ottawa, ON (April 9, 2012) Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa was delighted to host the Peruvian Ambassador - José Antonio Bellina, the Deputy Head of Mission Peru - Roberto Rodriguez, and the Consular Attaché - Jose Alberto Ortiz, to a special event on April 3, 2012.

During this event the Ambassador presented Philippe Kopcsan, General Manager Canada and Latin-America Vice-President Development and Management Control at Le Cordon Bleu, with a cookbook, “The Art of Peruvian Cuisine”. Several students currently studying at Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa were present at the event to discuss Peruvian food with the delegation, including Chef Lizardo - the Ambassador’s chef. Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa looks forward to working together with the Peruvian Embassy on several upcoming events and opportunities.
