Le Cordon Bleu at World Omnivore Tour Paris
For the fourth consecutive year, Le Cordon Bleu is a partner of the Omnivore festival which opens its doors from March 8 to 10 2015 at the Maison de la Mutualité in Paris. 

For this edition, Pastry Chef Nicolas Jordan, Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu Paris school, who just received the title of « Un des Meilleurs Ouvriers de France » - Glacier (One of the Best Craftsmen in France – Ice and Ice cream category) participates in the scene sucré (desserts) of the festival. Chef Jordan will present a fabulous demonstration on Monday March 9 at 3pm.  Chef Jordan will elaborate one of the recipes from the pastry recipe directory of the school:  Pistachio, yuzu and chocolate delight

Around forty Le Cordon Bleu students participate in Omnivore, under the supervision of Chefs Instructors Franck Poupard and Frédéric Lesourd, to assist the different areas:  savory scene, dessert scène, pop-up dinners, street food and creative challenges organized during the three days dedicated to gastronomy.

This is an unforgettable year for Le Cordon Bleu and Omnivore who celebrate 120 years and 10 years respectively.
Since its inception in September 2003, Omnivore seeks to show visitors the young and innovative talents of French and international cuisine through a series of publications and international festivals organized in cities like London, Rio, Mexico City, Berlin, New York, in addition to Shanghai, Moscow, Montreal, Istanbul and Sydney.
