Come and join us for a cooking demo!

Open Day - March 2014

 

You are invited to tour our facilities at Sunway during our open day and have a chance to sit in at our sampler Demonstration class
presented by Chef Thierry Lerallu our Pastry Chef instructor who will be showcasing BAVAROISE RUBANEES AUX 2 CHOCOLATS
(Two Chocolate Layers Bavaroise).

On Sunday Chef David Morris will share with us SIAKAP EN CROUTE DE SEL, OIGNONS ROUGES MARINES ET POMMES DE TERRE NOUVELLES
(Salted Crust Siakap Fish with Marinated Red Onions and New Potatoes)
all demonstrations will end with tasting.
