On the 26th - 28th September 2014, Sunway Le Cordon Bleu Malaysia has participated in the Malaysia International Gourmet Festival (MIGF). During these time, multiple recipes were demonstrated by our chefs for the public and what the crowd loves the most, was the food tasting and being able to learn a new recipe. 

At the demonstration of Soufflé Au Fromage Morbier ( Morbier Cheese Soufflé) by Chef David Morris, the team from MIGF caught up to our Chef Thierry Lerallu and had an interview session with him.
