Le Cordon Bleu London is pleased to announce the opening of a student library and quiet study area on the first floor of our state-of-the-art Bloomsbury campus.
Students can supplement their practical and theoretical lessons with hundreds of books on a range of subjects including world cuisine, fine pâtisserie, wine, and gastronomy. Many of these books are also available in international languages. The library also includes a quiet study area exclusively for student use.
A number of award-winning cookbooks were kindly donated to the library by Gourmand International, who hold an annual awards ceremony to celebrate the industry’s best cookbooks. Le Cordon Bleu London and Gourmand International worked in partnership at this year’s London Book Fair, with Le Cordon Bleu chefs providing culinary demonstrations as part of Gourmand’s Cookbook Corner.
