On Tuesday 22 December 2015, Mr. Yekta Kamil Noyan, Counsellor and Deputy Representative to UNESCAP – Embassy of the Republic of Turkey brought the now famous ‘Istanbul’ cookbook (Turkish cuisine) and handed it to Mr. Christophe Mercier, Academic Manager of LCBD who was delighted to welcome Mr. Yekta. The book will now be displayed in our Library - under world cuisines - for any of our students to read.
