Le Cordon Bleu calling for culinary enthusiast to join the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Experience Competition 2015. If you are between 17 -25 years old, you are invited to participate in the competition and win the special prizes. Grand final competition will be judged and mentored by Le Cordon Bleu Sunway’s Chef Instructor, Chef Rodolphe Onno as well as Le Cordon Bleu’s alumni from different campuses. There will be series of activities during the day including alumni sharing session and culinary workshop by Chef Rodolphe.

If you are interested in culinary industry, this is the opportunity for you.

Selection round criteria

  • A group consists of 3 people, age range from 17-25 years old. One member are not allowed to
    participate in multiple team.
  • Individual that has participated in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Competition from the previous year are
    not allowed to participate.
  • For registration, please visit website www.suneducationgroup.com/lcb
  • To participate in the selection round, each team need to modify a traditional cuisine and patisserie
    to reflect the current culinary industry. Each team should choose one from both cuisine and
    patisserie – Cuisine: galantine or risotto; Patisserie: mousse or choux pastry.
  • The amount spent on ingredients must not exceed IDR 400,000
  • Along with the application form, participant need to submit proof of application fee payment
    of IDR 150,000; budget calculation; photograph of the dish; photocopy of ID Card form each
    member; submit to SUN Education Group, Gedung Graha Kencana, 9th Floor, Jln Perjuangan Raya No. 88 – Kebun Jeruk. Jakarta Barat. 11530
  • A panel of judges will shortlist and notify semi-finalist based on entries eceived. If you are shortlisted, you will be required to present the plated dish in front of the panel.
  • The Grand Final will be held at Thamrin Nine Ballroom, Jln. M. H. Thamrin No. 10. Jakarta.
