Le Cordon Bleu Australia is once again a main sponsor of The Adelaide Review Hot 100 South Australian Wines. Now in its 7th year, this innovative competition which pits both novice and experienced winemakers against each other, will select South Australia’s most drinkable wine. This exciting competition has over 1200 entries which are then blind tasted by an esteemed judging panel who select a final ten finalists. From this group a winner is then selected and crowned South Australia’s most drinkable wine for 2013.
