The program is aimed at:

- University graduates who want to develop their career in the world of Taste and Gastronomy
- Professionals: chefs, sommeliers, hotel and restaurant executives, public relations and marketing specialists, consultants, etc.
- Food and wine lovers and those wishing to acquire a new culture or increase their knowledge of gastronomy.
The classes are given in French with simultaneous translation in English. A culinary workshop given by Le Cordon Bleu Chefs and pedagogical meals directly linked to the syllabus are also part of the program.
