Le Cordon Bleu Paris "Art, Science et Management du Vin" Diploma graduation ceremony
Le Cordon Bleu Paris Wine and Management (Art, Science et Management du Vin) Diploma graduation ceremony took place at the prestigious private club “Le Cercle de l'Union Interalliée” on June 1, 2012.
This 9 month innovative program, dedicated to the world of wine, includes theory and practical classes, internships and visits to vineyards. Specialized classes in management, marketing, communication and finance also allow students to gain a better understanding of national and international wine markets.
For this year’s promotion, Madame Estelle Touzet, Chef Sommelier at the famous "Le Meurice" Hôtel, accepted our invitation to be the patron of the class. Madame Touzet has a friendly and professional relationship with Le Cordon Bleu having already shared her knowledge and passion for wine with this year’s students as a guest speaker.
