As part of the Crave Sydney International Food Festival, Chef Franck Poupard from the world’s most famous cooking school – Le Cordon Bleu Paris and guest judge on this year’s MasterChef will conduct a quintessentially French masterclass.

Le Cordon Bleu is considered to be the guardian of French culinary technique through its culinary programs that continue to preserve and pass on the mastery and appreciation of the culinary arts that have been the cornerstone of French gastronomy for over 500 years.

This Fabulous French experience includes:
- Glass of Champagne upon arrival
- 3 course menu masterclass by Chef Poupard
- Tasting plates paired with French wines

Day class: Friday 8th October, 11:00 AM - 1:30 PM
