Discover French pastry in India with Le Cordon Bleu schools!

From September 14 – 23 2014, Le Cordon Bleu Paris, London, Sydney and Adelaide will be delighted to give a number of pastry demonstrations and to present their International programs in Mumbai, Aurangabad, and Delhi.

These events will showcase our whole range of programs:   Cuisine Diploma, Pastry DiplomaWine and Management and Restaurant Management.

Chef Olivier Mahut, Le Cordon Bleu Paris Chef Instructor, will give a number of demonstrations that will highlight Le Cordon Bleu Chefs’ savoir-faire that is taught, every year, to more than 20 000 students in Le Cordon Bleu schools throughout the world.

The program:

Two dinners will be organized on September 14 and 23 in honor of our alumni.  From September 15 – 23 2014, a number of pastry demonstrations will be given:

Institute for International Management & Technology -Gurgaon
Pastries demonstrated:
“Friandise” sweets - Vanilla madeleines - Macaroons

 

Please note that, with the exception of the demonstrations given at the GD Goenka University campus near Delhi, these demonstrations are not open to the public.

Chef Rakhi Vasvani, Le Cordon Bleu London alumnus and owner of Palate Culinary Studio in Mumbai will also be present on September 16, as well as Chef Pooja Dhingra, Le Cordon Bleu Paris alumnus and owner of pastry boutique Le15 Pâtisserie who will be present on September 17.
