Two Le Cordon Bleu students will participate in the Délifrance Sandwich World Cup
The Sandwich World Cup organized by Délifrance will take place on February 4th, 2014 at the Paris School of Bakery and Pastry (EBP).
Two Le Cordon Bleu students will participate in the competition: Yusuke Murata from Le Cordon Bleu Toyko, and Brandon Colina from Le Cordon Bleu Paris.
Every two years, Délifrance organizes the International Sandwich Competition, where international students compete by presenting their sandwich recipe using the best combination of bread and ingredients.
The sandwich has to meet certain "gastronomic" criteria including flavor association, speed of preparation, and ease of assembly and consumption, as well as “nutritional” and "cost price".
