London Campus Receives CEDA Award
Le Cordon Bleu London’s Bloomsbury campus has been recognised for its state-of-the-art facilities and cutting edge technology by the Catering Equipment Distributors Association (CEDA).
Over 80 catering equipment suppliers, designers and installers hold a membership with the association, which hosts an annual award ceremony to recognise significant projects undertaken by members, partners and suppliers.
Court Catering Equipment Limited – who had an active role in the design of our kitchen areas and installed facilities at the International Flagship Institute – was awarded the 2012 CEDA Grand Prix Award for the Cost Sector Large category. The company was successful in supplying the latest culinary technology to the school - including induction energy throughout kitchens on five floors – and effectively reflecting Le Cordon Bleu’s worldwide reputation for excellence.
Larry Montack, from Le Cordon Bleu, commented; “We would like to congratulate Court Catering Equipment Ltd on receiving this award. Their hard work and dedication throughout the relocation project allowed us to provide our students with excellent facilities in a clean and modern environment. We value our partnership with Court Catering and acknowledge their contribution, as valued members of the professional team on this project”.
The new campus, located at 15 Bloomsbury Square, opened in January 2012 following almost fifty successful years for the London school at 114 Marylebone Lane.
