Le Cordon Bleu will participate in the “Chef Sache” Event in Cologne on Sunday 29th and Monday 30th September 2013.
Le Cordon Bleu Paris Chef Instructor Olivier Mahut will be a member of the prestigious jury who will judge the Master and Junior categories of the Cru de Cao Award 2013. The Master category is for patissiers and confectioners. The Junior category is for restaurants and confectionery apprentices. This year, there will be three finalists in each category. Following the Awards Ceremony, competitors, judges and special guests will participate in the Get Together Party to celebrate the achievements of the competition.
This prominent event will see some of the world’s most famous Chefs sharing their skills and secrets with the future generations of culinary talent. Gaston Acurio from Peru, a very successful Le Cordon Bleu Paris graduate and one of the most respected Chefs in the world, will be one of the stars. Other renowned Chefs include Rene Redzepi, Yoshihiro Narisawa and Richard Ekkebus.
