Student brewers from our Regency campus have taken out the Champion Exhibit at this year's Royal Adelaide Beer Show presented on 21st July .
The winning stout called 'ten out of ten' was made at the educational facility Campus Brewery which is headed by brewer Stephen Nelson and currently available to purchase at the Results café within the Regency Campus. These world class facilities including the campus brewery, Artisan Cheese making Academy' and the smokehouse within the 'Butchery' where the artisan smallgoods are made from traditional and contemporary recipes, are state of the art and currently utilised by Le Cordon Bleu’s Bachelor of Business Food or Wine Entrepreneurship program.
This program aims to marry the skills of food and wine management and entrepreneurship in the format of a Bachelor of Business course. Perfect for those budding entrepreneurs interested in opening or running their own business, this exciting new course plants the seeds of success for graduates who are currently in high demand within the hospitality industry.
