Le Cordon Bleu Dusit students & alumni will have a chance to learn new techniques of the 3 selected cakes with the Japanese celebrity chef, Morihide Yoshida who has won several prestigious awards, such as the Second Grand Prix in André Lecomte competition (2005), and Grand Prix in TV Champion 2 Pastry Chef for cakes in 2006 and 2007.

This special cooking demonstration is exclusive to LCBD students and hosted by the Embassy of Japan and the Japan Foundation, Bangkok, The demonstration will be held on Thursday 31 January 2013 at 13:00 hrs. – 16:00 hrs. at the school.

Chef Yoshida has selected 3 cakes; Angelic, Japanese Chestnut Mont Blanc Cake and Thai Banana Crème Brule especially for our Le Cordon Bleu Dusit students. This will be an exciting opportunity to experience a live cooking demonstration by a celebrity Japanese chef at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit.

*Chef Morihide Yoshida will have a special demonstration at Japan Food Culture Festival 2013 on 2 February 2013, 15.00 hrs - 16.00 hrs. and 18.00 hrs. - 19.00 hrs., M Floor, Gateway Ekamai, Sukhumvit.

 

Remark: Registration is limited to 40 persons; priority is given to students and graduates of LCBD, though guests are welcome if there is space available.
