              Brasserie Le Cordon Bleu is our training restaurant where our students get practical experience in a real restaurant environment, all under the expert guidance of their chef lecturers. In the kitchen we have students from the Diplôme de Cuisine who are studying towards the completion of their Intermediate or Superior Certificate.

              Something sweet, something savoury and all served up with a little bit of decadence. Le Cordon Bleu Pâtisserie students will amaze and amuse your taste buds with a selection of beautiful hand-made delicacies, presented on a classical three-tier tea set. All accompanied with a selection of Fair Trade tea and coffee.

              Cost: $25 per person OR $35 per person - glass of Champagne included
