Requirement: Basic Pastry Certificate
Based on practice and repetition, this course allows students to apply the knowledge acquired at the basic level, and the various uses and applications of the techniques in more complex recipes.
In this course, in order that students develop their creativity and artistic skills, prepare classic recipes of French pastry and contemporary trends and variations thereof, incorporating ingredients and new techniques in chocolate work, sugar, bakery and desserts restaurants.
