This course is an introduction to French cuisine. From the first day the student will learn the techniques and principles of cooking, from the use of kitchen equipment and material to the preparation of complex dishes.
The course provides students with fundamental cooking techniques which you can develop a career in the culinary world as master the basics like cuts of vegetables, funds and sauces, cooking methods and preparation and presentation of foods, including many others. Students learn to use and integrate the condiments, herbs and spices in their recipes to learn and incorporate gradually the great variety of flavors from different cuisines.
