The Diploma of Spanish cuisine consists of three certificates (basic, intermediate and advanced). Each certificate consists of 120 hours, each student acquiring the knowledge they need to specialize in Spanish cuisine. Taking the Diploma via certificates gives the student the opportunity to take it continuously over 9 months or, alternatively, through studying each of the certificates at the enrolment date that they determine.
With the basic certificate 2 sets of uniform are delivered (trousers, jacket, apron, hat, neckerchief and cloth) as well as a complete case of knives. In each certificate, all of the ingredients, utensils and machinery are included that are needed to complete each and every one of the techniques taught in class, always under the supervision of a teacher chef.
