Le Grand Diplôme® is currently the most complete and renowned culinary programme. It consists of the “Cuisine Diploma” (Basic, Intermediate and Superior Certificates) and the “Pastry Diploma” (Basic, Intermediate and Superior Certificates).
Le Cordon Bleu offers the most complete theoretical-practical training combining Chef demonstrations and practical sessions. Demonstration classes are taught in especially designed rooms and all the necessary equipment to observe in detail the work and techniques used by the Chef instructor.
After the demonstration, that lasts approximately 3 hours, students can taste what has been cooked, which allows them to learn to identify the different textures and flavours — an essential part of their training —.
The practical classes allow students to apply the techniques learnt during the Chef demonstration. All students have their own professional workspace and the School provides all the necessary ingredients to individually elaborate their own recipe from beginning to end, always under the supervision of a Chef.
