Tastes of Asia - Thailand
Using only the finest produce you will cook your way around Thailand, discovering new ingredients and exciting flavour combinations. Designed with food lovers in mind, you will be able to explore local Thai specialities under the guidance of one of our Master Chefs who will teach you the craft of balancing flavours, whilst learning fundamental Thai cooking techniques.

Making a traditional Thai red curry paste
Making a vegetable Thai curry
Steaming Thai jasmine rice

Making a Thai dipping sauce

Included in the price:
A six-hour group practical lesson (inclusive of a 30 minute break), all ingredients, an apron and tea towel. All cooking equipment and teaching resources are provided in our practical kitchen for use on the day. No prior knowledge is required for this course, which is suitable for both novices and cooks with some experience. All of the food created during the day is yours to take home with you.
