Christmas Dinner Workshop
Enrol on our festive one-day cooking course and learn how to prepare a perfect traditional British Christmas dinner. Under the careful guidance of our Master Chefs, you will learn how to create five delicious classic Christmas recipes to achieve a memorable meal.
Content of Christmas Dinner Workshop:
- Smoked Haddock* and Creamed Leeks, Poached Duck’s Egg, Grain Mustard and Toasted Crumbs
- Beef Wellington, Confit Cabbage and Madeira Sauce
- Homemade Crackers Served with Stilton
- Sparkling Mulled Wine Cocktail

Included in price:
A six-hour group practical lesson (inclusive of a 30 minute break), all ingredients, a recipe booklet, an apron and tea towel. All items created during this workshop are yours to take home at the end of the day. No prior knowledge is required for this course and it is suitable for both novices and cooks with some experience.
