              Calling all meat lovers! In this fantastic after-work butchery short course, our Master Chef will take you through the process of butchering a whole pig from nose to tail and how to use each cut.

              During the 2.5 hour culinary demonstration, our chef will teach you how to identify and recognise various pork cuts and the appropriate cooking techniques for each one. You will also be advised on breeds, appearance and how to source quality pork.

              Content of our butchery demonstration:

              • Butchery of a whole pig from nose to tail
              • Tasting of loin, fillet and middle neck

              Included in the price:
              2.5 hour demonstration, tasting and recipe pack. No prior knowledge is required for this course and it is suitable for both novices and cooks with some experience.
