COURSE DESCRIPTION
Le Cordon Bleu also offers six week wine certificate courses at basic, intermediate and superior levels. Each course explores the subtleties and complexities of wine through lectures followed by tastings. Students become more knowledgeable of wines and adept at sensorial analysis as they advance through the levels. These courses which are offered at Le Cordon Bleu Paris are scheduled to complement the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary certificate and Diploma programs.
