COURSE DESCRIPTION
Le Cordon Bleu short courses offer a variety of topics for the beginner or the professional to enhance their culinary skills. Explore French regional cuisine, bread-baking, food and wine parings, or pastry and cuisines for special occasions. Book a tour of the school and sit in on a half-day demonstration. Workshops are offered most weekends and are ideal for vacations and impromptu getaways. Courses can be designed for individual private or group classes and corporate team-building events.
