Discover Le Cordon Bleu Mexico

Mexico City is also home to le Cordon Bleu Casa de Francia, an application restaurant open to the general public where students assist the chefs in a professional restaurant environment. Le Cordon Bleu Casa de Francia is the proud recipient of the Five Star Diamond Award by the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences. Mexico City media has dubbed the restaurant as "one of the best restaurants in Mexico". Its official inauguration in 2004 was overseen by the French Prime Minister. The restaurant project is part of a non profit agreement. All profit goes to fund scholarships towards higher education.

The Mexican school hosts a multicultural student body bringing together students from more than 10 nationalities at a time coming mainly from Latin America, the United States, Europe as well as Asia and Africa.

Le Cordon Bleu Mexico also publishes a bimonthly culinary magazine called "Gula by Le Cordon Bleu".
