Last year, Japan celebrated the 150th Anniversary of the relationship between France and Japan.

Le Cordon Bleu in Paris has been recognized as an international school from the beginning of its history, and has played a vital role in the expansion of French culinary arts worldwide.

In 1927, Chef Fujio SHIDO studied French cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu Paris and later became the Cuisine Chef of the Prime Minister Shigeru YOSHIDA, one of the greatest leaders of Japan post World War II.
