Established in 1996, Le Cordon Bleu Sydney has brought the tradition and excellence of Le Cordon Bleu's renowned culinary arts training to a new generation of young Australians. Just a mere two years later, Le Cordon Bleu Adelaide opened its doors offering the first of many innovative academic programs in hospitality management at the university level.
Today, over 2,000 students a year come to Sydney and Adelaide to pursue their studies in the culinary arts as well as undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate programs in hospitality management.
