In 1995, Le Cordon Bleu celebrates its 100th Anniversary as an ambassador in the arts of gastronomy.

Le Cordon Bleu receives the first chefs ever sent abroad for training in French culinary techniques by the Chinese Continental Authorities of the Shanghai District, China.

Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney, Australia begins operations upon the request of the New South Wales government. This new school will provide training in preparation for the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney. Soon the Adelaide, Australia campus opens to offer bachelor of business degree programs in international restaurant and International Hotel Management; a master degree in international hospitality management; and a MBA in international hotel and restaurant management. Le Cordon Bleu Australia programs are accredited and it becomes a Registered Training Organization.

Le Cordon Bleu expands it partnerships to the United States to offer culinary, baking and pastry and hospitality management programs through Le Cordon Bleu Schools North America.
