Akira Back, Executive chef in Bellagio hotel in Las Vegas is coming Le Cordon Bleu on May 27th.

A Korea native and former professional snowboarder, Chef Akira Back is going to perform his signature dishes for Le Cordon Bleu students. This seminar is open only for Le Cordon Bleu students and free of cost. Back’s menu encompasses classic Japanese cuisine, which features innovative dishes that utilize fresh ingredients from the world’s top purveyors.

Back appeared on an episode of the Food Network’s ‘Iron Chef America’ He later became a spokesperson for Suisin, a Japanese knife company.
