"I had been a chef for a few years back in Israel when I decided to perfect my skills in the culinary arts abroad. I felt I needed some training to improve my basis and be able to become a great chef. I had a look at a few cuisine academies and chose Le Cordon Bleu in London to start my Cuisine Diploma in March 2003. I never regreted my choice!

The Chefs of Le Cordon Bleu are fantastic! I learned from them the perfect professional techniques. They also taught us how to work with a variety of delicate ingredients that you usually do not come across in other trainings. Not so many chefs in the world can boast the level of techniques I acquired after only 9 months at Le Cordon Bleu!

The Chefs also made me develop a very demanding approach towards ingredients quality, cooking and quality control – those things are paying off every day in the challenging path for a successful career.

During my time at Le Cordon Bleu, I also had the opportunity to work at “The Ivy” and the “J. Sheekey” restaurants, which are considered to be amongst the best in London. After graduating, I stayed in London for another 6 years, working at a few Michelin-stared restaurants. I was also the Head Chef of “The Beauberry House” and “L’Etranger”. I was then recruited as an Executive Chef of a Boutique hotel in Cyprus, “The Thalassa Boutique Hotel”. I still run today the kitchen of this hotel. Visit the website for more information:
