Gathering Dinner

On 27 August 2009, Christina Hong, Korean marketing manager, invited 9 Le Cordon Bleu Korean students, who are studying cuisine or pâtisserie courses in Sydney Culinary Arts Institute, to meet for dinner at Korean BBQ Restaurant in the city.

Some students attended the dinner straight after their late afternoon class. The three hours dinner was full of laughter. New students were serious to get as much information as they can and seniors were offering helps at anytime they needed. They were exchanging information and sharing their passion for food and their future career. It was great to see the students were bonding together as well as with the staff. After introducing the students to each other, they filled in a survey provided by Christina. It was a fun night and the students very much enjoyed Korean BBQ beef ribs and a glass of chilled beer.
