Master Chef Study Tour

Between 19th and 24th July 2009, Le Cordon Bleu is pleased and proud to conduct Master Chef Study Tour for students from Ming-Tai High School. The tour was held at Le Cordon Bleu Sydney Culinary Arts Institute. A group of 23 students with 2 lecturers paticipated in both basic cuisine and patisserie program. This tour allowed students to have a better understanding of different culture, and to gain practical knowledge in the kitchen.

Mr. Vincent Lin, the Vice Principle of Ming-Tai High School, and his family were invited for a welcome dinner.

The entire event was an enormous success for both Le Cordon Bleu and the Ming-Tai High School.
