We are extremely proud to welcome our Autumn new starters on the 3rd of October. 6 groups of Basic Cuisine and 6 groups of Basic Pâtisserie students will join us to start their culinary training.
Some of them are keen gourmets; others have professional goals in mind, but they all share the same passion for food. Most of them will follow the 9 months training to obtain either a cuisine or a pâtisserie diploma. A few of them are aiming at our prestigious and highly acclaimed Grand Diplôme!
We wish these students all the best in their culinary endeavours!
For those who missed this date, we have 4 possible starting dates in 2009:
Winter term: 5th January 2009
Spring term: 27th March 2009
Summer term: 26th June 2009
Autumn term: 2nd October 2009
