Upon the new spring semester in 2008, Le Cordon Bleu opens the weekend class in Cuisine and Pastry. This course takes 20 weeks and conduct every Saturday from 9am to 4 pm. Its content is the same as the weekday class. This course is not only for the one who want to be a cook but also food stylist, party planner and anyone who wants to be a specialist in hospitality industry.
