June 7, 2010, Mexico City - For the first time in Mexico, from June 3rd to 5th, we conducted a conference dedicated to gourmet Mexican cuisine that was hosted at Northern Anahuac University and the facilities of Le Cordon Bleu Mexico.
The event program consisted of seminars, demonstrations, panel discussions, Mexican cooking classes and workshops in which the public could cook with the advice of experienced chefs.
The nationally and internationally known chefs who attended and participated are:
Albert Adria (Barcelona, Spain), Alex Atala (Sao Paulo, Brazil), Mónica Patiño (Mexico, DF), Benito Molina (Baja California. Mexico) Aquiles Chávez (México, DF) Patrick Martin (Le Cordon Bleu México), Miguel Quezada (LCB Mexico), Enrique Olvera (Mexico. DF), Pedro Martin (Spain), Paulina Abascal (Mexico, DF) Arnaud Guerpillon (LCB Mexico), Guy Santoro (France), Cedric Carême (LCB Mexico), Carlos Santos (LCB Mexico).
This conference sought to recognize and promote the flavors and excellence of Aztec and Mexican cuisines as among the best in the world.
