Le Cordon Bleu participates for the first time in the salon Asia Food Expo 2009, the International Food Exposition in Manila from September 23 to 26, 2009.
The salon will include a French Pavilion, specially developed by the French Chamber of Commerce in Philippines and in direct association with the local “Mission écomomique”, in order to promote French food products.
Acclaimed Le Cordon Bleu Chef Fabrice Danniel, Instructor and Technical Director of Le Cordon Bleu Dusit in Bangkok, will present a pastry demonstration providing future chefs, hotel and restaurant managers, as well as gastronomic enthusiasts with a taste of the superior culinary education offered at Le Cordon Bleu schools.
In perfect harmony with its principal activity, education, Le Cordon Bleu Chefs have selected and recommend Le Cordon Bleu gourmet products. A selection of these products will be showcased at the exposition.
