Back from the Henley Food Festival

Henley-on-Thames, 16th and 17th May 2009

This two-day festival was a real success for food lovers!

Our chefs had a great time doing culinary demonstrations for the public and explaining to them the art of French cuisine and pâtisserie. Chef Armando Baisas, the world ice carving champion from Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa, prepared a fantastic ice sculpture, which attracted an audience of overwhelmed guests! Our Head Pâtisserie Chef, Julie Walsh, performed an astonishing artisan chocolate demonstration in front of an audience of 250 chocolate lovers!

Our products boutique was always very busy and our raffle competition brought us lots of attention.

Thank you to the thousands of people who visited the festival this year making it an enormous success!
