Visit to the Factory "La Moderna"

Our visit to the Factory "La Moderna" was a hit!!

As each trimester, this June 8th, 2016 was carried out the visit to "La Moderna", where Chef Antonello and Ing. Sergio Martinez greeted our Intermediate Cuisine and Pastry students on the factory of this prestigious company, to explain them their history, processes and business structure.

Later we enter to the pasta factory where they taught our students the logistics of everyday life, rules inside the factory and processes are carried out (from production to packaging and product distribution).

We thank all participating students and "La Moderna" for all the facilities we got!!
