In Paris, the capital of living well and fine dining!

From March 29th 2010 to December 3rd 2010

Registrations are now open for the new sommellerie diploma Le Cordon Bleu. Join us for a unique experience in the world of wines through a 9-month innovative program.

Theoretical and practical studies include appreciation of 5 to 6 wines in a state-of-the art tasting room. Explore the in-depths of food and wine pairings from Le Cordon Bleu experts and chefs.

The program also includes :

  • 1 week for the grape harvest in the Champagne region
  • 2 weeks work experience at a wine shop
  • 5 weeks work experience in a Michelin star restaurant
  • 4 visits to French vineyards

Courses are instructed in French and translated into English

Tuition including uniform and activities : 13, 500€

Diploma awarded by Le Cordon Bleu International Foundation.
