New Discovery Trail Menu

Ottawa's only Five Diamond Restaurant Le Cordon Bleu Signatures has launched its New Tasting Menu.

The Discovery Trail Menu aims to add a sublime twist of surprise to food and wine pairings. Executive Chef Yannick Anton invites you to savor the underlined products of the season by allowing him to take you on a Discovery Trail of 7 memorable courses devinely paired to regional and international wines.

Furthermore, the new menu layout is less dense to make choices effortless for our patrons. This new menu includes a Creamy Royal Alaskan crab parfait, light leek broth served with a potato foam, shellfish crisp or Smoked lobster and Kecap Manis glazed pork belly, served with a cream of carrots, an oriental garnish, and Port butter.

Le Cordon Bleu Signatures Restaurant is a recipient of the Five Diamond rating from the Canadian/American Automobile Association (CAA/AAA). A Five Diamond rating is the highest honor bestowed upon restaurants by the CAA/AAA, and signifies world-class excellence: menus are often “cutting edge,” featuring only the finest ingredients available; presentations are spectacular and reflect impeccable artistry and awareness; staff members pay unfailing attention to detail and service guests effortlessly and unobtrusively. Le Cordon Bleu is the only culinary institution to operate a Five Diamond restaurant. Currently, there are 60 restaurants in all of North America with a Five Diamond rating and only nine in Canada.
