Le Cordon Bleu Paris is delighted to welcome 3 Chefs from China during the week of 19th of January, 2009.
Chef LI Bi Hong - Guangzhou
Chef LI Dong - Beijing
Chef Guo Qing - Shanghai
Their work experience over the last 15 years involved some of the most prestigious hotels in China: Grand Hyatt, Swiss Hotel, Shangri-la in Beijing, Jin- Jang Hotel in Shanghai.
They are the prize-winning Chefs from the National Competition organized by SOPEXA China in 2008 where Le Cordon Bleu was associated for the first time.
Mr. MA Wen Ping, a graduate in 1993 of Le Cordon Bleu Paris, was President of the 3 Competitions.
The Chefs will be following a series of practical classes and demonstrations. In particular, they will be together as guest chefs for Le Cordon Bleu Paris students on January 22nd at 4pm, where they will introduce three great culinary regions of China.
They are invited to the restaurant Le Doyen (3 stars) as well as speciality stores and pastry shops in Paris.
A private class of classic French pastry with croissants, madeleines, and Pithiviers will be given for them on the 24th of January.
