Le Cordon Bleu Sydney’s recent participation as the official hospitality partner and associate sponsor of MasterChef LIVE was very successfully received.

Over the three day event, Le Cordon Bleu students were using their practical training to prepare food needed for master classes and demonstrations for all the live kitchens and celebrity chefs. This was a wonderful opportunity for hands on experience in the hospitality industry for students, who were also able to meet and learn from well-known and talented Australian chefs, and past MasterChef contestants.

Visitors to the event were also treated to a view of skill, passion and attention to detail displayed by the wonderful Le Cordon Bleu chef’s at our demonstration kitchen, with chocolates and sugar displays created before hungry eyes.  Congratulations to all involved for their enthusiasm and excellent representation of Le Cordon Bleu.
