Le Cordon Bleu visit Poland

Le Cordon Bleu will visit Poland between Monday 8 October and Thursday 11 October to attend the Polagra Gastro Exhibition at the Poznan International Fair.

The final of the 2012 Polish Culinary Cup will also be held during the exhibition on Wednesday 10 October. Chef Loic Malfait – Le Cordon Bleu London academic director – has been invited to judge the final for the second year in a row, alongside Le Cordon Bleu graduate Grzegorz Olejarka.

The annual exhibition attracts numerous manufacturers, distributors, traders, wholesalers, retailers, and technologists from the culinary industry to showcase their latest offerings.
