| Discover Les Hautes Etudes du Goût Programme |
| Next session : October 15 – 27, 2012 |
| Les Hautes Etudes du Goût (HEG) (Advanced studies in taste) is a two-week intensive and multidisciplinary university programme delivered by Le Cordon Bleu Paris in partnership with the University of Reims. |
| The programme focuses on a historical, sociological, scientific, legal and economic approach and includes lectures, pedagogical workshops, visits and meals. |
| All lectures, given in French and translated simultaneously into English, are taught by university professors, researchers, experts and professionals. |
| This exclusive programme is aimed at both amateurs and professionals of the culinary world. |
| The next start date is scheduled for October 15 2012. The first week takes place at Le Cordon Bleu Paris and the second week in Reims, Champagne-Ardenne. |
| Le Cordon Bleu London is delighted to welcome Project Director, Edwige Sibille, to outline the HEG programme and Le Cordon Bleu Paris Chef, Philippe Clergue, to introduce the new “Note by Note” culinary concept with a demonstration. |
