Founded in Paris in 1895, Le Cordon Bleu is today present in nearly 20 countries with 30 schools and attended by more than 20,000 students annually of 70 nationalities. Le Cordon Bleu has been a member of the National Association of Specialty Food Trade since 1992 and exhibits at its annual NASFT Fancy Food Shows®. In partnership with SOPEXA, Le Cordon Bleu joins more than 60 exhibitors in the French Pavilion of Jacob K. Javits Center to promote French foods and beverages. The Summer NASFT® Fancy Food Show will host approximately 2,500 exhibitors from 77 countries with expected attendance of 25, 000 from within the specialty food industry.
